RATES
- Daily Base Rate: $39.
- Weekly Base Rate: $195.
- Monthly Base Rate: $725 - available during months of October through March only.
- Fees, as well as state and local taxes are not included in any of the above base rates.
- All rates for RV sites are based on four-person occupancy.
- All rates include one vehicle attached to RV. All other vehicles are additional $10 per day, each, with prior management approval.
- Daily rate includes 20 amp, 30 amp, 50 amp, water and sewer at each RV site.
- No refunds after arrival.
- Your tenancy is governed by Section 513 of the Florida Statutes, a copy of which can be emailed to you at your request.
- Rates are subject to change at any time.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check in/arrival: Noon to 5 pm
- Early arrivals or late departures must have prior approval from management.
- Late arrivals after 5 pm, please call 352-231-7033 before 9 pm to make arrangements. Drive-ups without reservations are not permitted after normal business hours.
- Check out/departure: 11:00 am
ENTERING/EXITING PARK
- All sites are pull-through. Therefore, pull into your reserved spot, at an angle, with the power/sewer connections to the driver's side of your vehicle.
- When exiting the park, pull straight ahead and turn right along the fence line.

GENERAL
- The person registering for the campsite must be 18 years of age or older.
- The person registering for the RV campsite is responsible for the site and must be staying on the site for the duration of the booking.
- The daily rental fee is based on four (4) occupants. Additional occupants are an extra $5 per person per day. (Six (6) people maximum occupancy per site.)
- Alcohol is permitted on your site only.
- Display or discharge of firearms is prohibited.
- Please dispose of all trash in designated can near the dog park.
- Quiet Hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Excessive noise or inconsiderate behavior will result in removal from the park without a refund. Management reserves the right to address any issue not included in our guidelines.
- No mail forwarding is allowed. No RV campers or guests may claim residency at Red Rooster RV Park.
- Stays longer than 14 days are not allowed.
- Tent camping is not permitted.
- Non-RV camping visitors are not allowed on property.
- Generators are prohibited during quiet hours unless there is a disruption of power or extreme weather conditions.
- Campfires, bonfires, and/or open flames are not allowed.
- We welcome Class A, B, C, 5th Wheels and travel trailers. No RV 15 years or older.
- Discharging sewage or gray water on the ground is prohibited. RV sewage should be drained only at sewer portal that's located at each site.
- All sites must be kept clean and uncluttered. Only outdoor recreational gear will be permitted outside of a camping unit.
- Washing or maintenance of RVs, campers, or vehicles is prohibited.
LIVESTOCK/WILDLIFE
- We are located adjacent to a working farm. Any feeding or harassing of the livestock is strictly prohibited and is cause for eviction without a refund. Traditional fencing as well as hot wire is used to contain livestock.
- Please understand that you are likely to come across various critters - anything from insects, spiders, snakes, wild turkey, hawks, fox, and skunks. You can often hear owls at night. Nature is part of the package!
- Campers may not trespass on, cut through, or otherwise use other RV campsites, or adjacent farm. Do not go through any closed gate and do not touch or climb on any fence. Be aware that we use hot wire on our farm.
- Campers shall take every opportunity to recycle and to keep trash away from wildlife and livestock.
PETS
- Maximum of 2 pets.
- No aggressive breeds.
- Clean-up is required wherever your pet goes.
- Unattended pets are not permitted.
- Nuisance pets will not be tolerated.
- No visiting dogs allowed.
- While pets are allowed, it is imperative that they be always leashed and attended. If your pet gets loose and chases/harasses the livestock, Red Rooster RV Park LLC nor Gainesville Natural Meats LLC d/b/a Price Creek Farm will not be responsible for any injuries that might be sustained to your pet.
- Community dog park is available.
DEPOSITS
- For all RV camping stays, payment in full is required upon booking.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- No refunds will be given for the shortened length of stay.
CANCELLATION
- If canceled one week or more prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded in full, minus processing fees.
- If cancellation occurs less than one week prior to arrival date, the total payment amount will be forfeited.
- No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit or payment amount.
- No refunds will be given for a shortened length of stay.
- All payments must be made in US funds drawn from a US Bank.
- There are no weather-related refunds except in the event of a State Mandated Evacuation.
